Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos or evidence.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund or replacement process will be initiated.
